Cancellation and reactivation

Backlink ownership stays clear.

Visibility Engine owns and manages backlink surface sites. The client pays for active service and placements, not ownership of those surfaces. If entitlement stops, new placements stop. Existing placements can be reviewed, suspended or removed according to policy and proof requirements. Vaulted credential references stay retained for reactivation unless deletion is requested or legally required.
