Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service govern access to VisiblePilot websites, applications, audits, content tools, integrations, and publishing workflows. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and confirm that you can enter into them for yourself or the organization you represent.
The VisiblePilot service
VisiblePilot helps users review website visibility, identify opportunities, prepare content, and apply supported changes through connected publishing platforms. Features may differ by platform, subscription, website configuration, and integration permissions.
- Audit findings and scores are decision-support information, not guarantees.
- Publishing actions require the permissions granted by the user or platform.
- Some recommendations require manual work or additional facts before they can be applied.
Accounts and workspaces
You must provide accurate account information and protect access to your account. A workspace may contain websites, reports, credentials, collaborators, drafts, and change history belonging to one business or project.
- You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
- Only invite people who are authorized to access the workspace.
- Notify us promptly if you believe an account or credential has been compromised.
Connected websites and permissions
You must own, manage, or have explicit authority to connect each website and publishing account. You control which integrations are connected and can disconnect them through VisiblePilot or the relevant platform.
- Do not connect a website without the owner's permission.
- Grant only the access required for the features you intend to use.
- Platform terms from Shopify, WordPress, WooCommerce, Wix, and other providers continue to apply.
Content and publishing
You remain responsible for reviewing generated text, recommendations, metadata, and proposed changes before publication. VisiblePilot is designed to ground content in approved facts, but automated output can still be incomplete or unsuitable for a particular audience or legal context.
- Verify names, claims, prices, availability, qualifications, and regulated information.
- Do not publish content that is unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or harmful.
- Keep suitable backups and use available preview or rollback tools before material changes.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, evade limits, probe systems without authorization, upload malicious code, scrape private data, or use VisiblePilot to violate another person's rights.
- No unauthorized access or credential sharing.
- No spam, malware, deceptive content, or illegal activity.
- No resale or automated extraction except where expressly permitted.
Subscriptions, billing, and taxes
Paid features, billing periods, usage allowances, renewal terms, and cancellation options are shown before purchase. Prices may change for future billing periods with reasonable notice. You are responsible for applicable taxes unless the law requires us to collect them.
- Third-party payment processors may handle payment details.
- Cancellation stops future renewal but does not normally create a refund for an already-started billing period.
- Any trial or promotional terms shown at signup also apply.
Intellectual property
VisiblePilot and its software, interface, branding, documentation, and underlying technology remain the property of VisiblePilot and its licensors. You retain ownership of your websites, source material, approved facts, and content you submit.
- You give us the limited rights needed to process your content and operate the service.
- You must have the rights required to submit and publish the material you provide.
- Feedback may be used to improve VisiblePilot without identifying confidential business information.
Third-party services
VisiblePilot depends on hosting, analytics, AI, search, payment, and publishing providers. We are not responsible for third-party service changes, outages, account restrictions, or content decisions, although we work to present integration errors clearly.
No ranking guarantee
Search visibility depends on competition, authority, technical health, links, content quality, search-engine changes, and time. VisiblePilot improves controllable signals but does not promise rankings, traffic, revenue, inclusion in an AI answer, or a specific business result.
Availability and changes
We may maintain, improve, replace, or discontinue features. We aim to communicate material changes and preserve user data where practical, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using VisiblePilot and disconnect websites at any time. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, investigate misuse, prevent harm, or address non-payment.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, VisiblePilot is provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. The updated date appears at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated where required.
