VisiblePilot manages the surfaces.
VisiblePilot / Visibility Engine owns and manages the backlink surface sites. The client pays for active service and placements, not ownership of those surfaces.
Backlink service terms
These terms explain how VisiblePilot backlink placements, proof reports, ownership and cancellation work. They are written for buyer review before payment/subscription readiness is activated.
Service scope
One backlink placement means one source page containing at least one contextual link to one target client page. Multiple links from the same source page to the same client do not count as multiple placements.
VisiblePilot creates useful online pages that mention the client business, link to the approved target website, and report monthly proof when the placement is live.

If a subscription or backlink entitlement stops, new placements stop. Existing placements can be reviewed, suspended, removed or replaced according to policy and proof requirements.
Monthly proof reports show the live URLs and proof available at report time, including source pages, target pages, anchor notes, HTTP/crawlability details and placement status when available.
VisiblePilot only reports a placement as indexed when actual indexation proof exists. No assumed indexing claim is added to the report.
No outcome guarantees
VisiblePilot does not guarantee rankings, revenue, customers, AI answers, traffic growth or indexation. Search engines, AI systems and marketplaces are independent third parties.
Credentials and data
Client credentials or secrets, if any are required later, are retained securely and only for the approved service purpose unless a deletion, legal, offboarding or compliance request requires deletion.
The public search and analysis pages do not store customer email addresses. If a report request opens an email draft, the visitor chooses whether to send it.
Future checkout acceptance
Future checkout or subscription activation must include an explicit terms acceptance step before payment. The acceptance record should include the accepted terms route, accepted terms version, timestamp, plan, placement count and customer account reference.
No live checkout is enabled by V42C.
